Ingredients For Lisa ladwa recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a micing bowl and add besan to it.
  • 2. Now add 2 tsp ghee and mix it well.
  • 3. Add gradually warm water and mix the flour.niw make small dumplings with the flour.
  • 4. For making sugar syrup take sugar and water and cook till 1.5 string.
  • 5. Now heat oil in kadhai and fry all dumplings.cook them till golden colour.allow to cool and crush in mixer grinder.
  • 6. Add sugar syrup to it as needed following by cashew,food colour and cardamom powder.
  • 7. Give a nice mix to this mixture and make ladoos out of it.lasa ladwa are ready to enjoy.
