Ingredients For Long Green Beans And Potato Masala

Methods
  • 1. Wash and trim the hard ends of the long beans . Cut into small pieces.
  • 2. Wash and peel potatoes, cut in small pieces.
  • 3. Take a wok heat oil. Add cumin seeds in it when it turns brown add hing ,green chilli, onions and ginger garlic. Saute it till onions become translucent.
  • 4. Add tomato , cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Now add beans and potatoes. Mix it well. Stir and Saute on medium heat.
  • 6. Add all the dry masala . Mix it well. Cover the lid . Cook it on low medium flame.
  • 7. Sprinkle 1-2 tsp water . Stir occasionally. Cook it until beans become soft.
  • 8. Taste the seasoning. Turn off the flame. Mix coriander leaves.
  • 9. Serve with Daal-Chawal or Chapati.
