Ingredients For Macaroni Kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil pasta with water and salt, drain and keep aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped veggies, fry for a minute.
  • 3. Add salt and garam masala powder and cook till veggies cooked properly.
  • 4. Add boiled macaroni and tomato sauce.Mix all well, cook on high heat for 1 minute and add oregano and chili flakes.
  • 5. Keep aside and let it cool.
  • 6. Knead a soft dough from flour, with adding salt, oil and water.
  • 7. Make medium size balls from dough and fill cooked macaroni in these balls.
  • 8. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these kachoris till crisp and golden in colour.
  • 9. Remove these kachoris from oil and serve with your favourite sauces.
