How to make Maggie noodles vegetables pizza with Maggie masala recipe

Boil water in a pan and throw in noodles after breaking them . Boil them for 2 minutes only . Strain the water and run under cold water.

Take boil noodles in a bowl . Add taste maker , salt and italian herbs and mix everything together.

Add besan and mix with adding some water. Make soft dough type consistency. Add more besan if required.

Dovide the dough into equal portion. Take one portion and roll round in your hand. Heat a pan and greased with some oil.

Put round shape Maggie on hot pan carefully. Flatten it with the help of spatula. The thickness should be 1 CM. Cook on low medium heat. Flip after about 2 minutes. Apply some oil of required

Apply some schezuan sauce on top. You can also alternate with tomato ketchup. Put some onions, tomato, carrot and capsicum and some grated cheese on top.
7.
Sprinkle some herbs and chilly flakes . Cover with lid. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Cook till cheese melt.
8.
Remove from heat and enjoy Maggie noodles pizza.
