Ingredients For MAKKE KI ROTI

Methods
  • 1. Heat 3/4 cup water in a sauce pan.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl add makke ka aata, salt and carom seeds. Mix it.
  • 3. Gradually add hot water. Rub it with your palm. Make a soft dough.
  • 4. Keep it aside to rest.
  • 5. Heat tawa. Take a portion of dough. Knead it. Wet your hands, Make a little thick chapati with your hands.
  • 6. Place it on tawa. Cook from both the sides on medium heat. Transfer it in a serving plate. Apply ghee. Serve hot with any sabji.
