Ingredients For AALU GOBHI

Methods
  • 1. Chop all the vegetables. Wash it properly.
  • 2. Take a wok, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, when it becomes brown add chopped onions and green chilli. Saute it on low heat.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute it . Add chopped cauliflower, potatoes, carrot and capsicum. Mix it well.
  • 4. Add turmeric powder . Cover it with lid. Cook it on low medium heat till vegetables become soft. Stir it . Add water if needed.
  • 5. Add chopped tomato and all the spices. Mix it well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Turn off the flame. Transfer it in a serving bowl. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with hot chapatis.
