Ingredients For Protein-Packed Pasta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add in the chopped garlic, onions, boiled rajma and chickpeas, and saute for 3-4 minutes approx, while adding in all the seasonings.
  • 2. Then pour water, add sweetcorn and pasta. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer. Cover and let it cook until the pasta is cooked but firm to bite and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • 3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with some grated parmesan.
  • 4. Top with some scallions, halved cherry tomatoes, cilantro or sour cream if desired.
