1.
Wash, peel and grate the raddish and keep aside for 2 minutes. Now squeeze out the water from the grated raddish in keep it in a bowl.

Add into the maize flour, green chili, carom seed, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt and mix the Ingredients we'll.

Now slowly add the water and make a tight dough. The maize will keep absorbing water into it.

Divide the dough into equal parts. Now line a parchment paper on the kitchen slab. Grease with few drop of oil or ghee.

Take 1 dough ball and gently press It over the parchment paper. Pat it with your fingers and flat it out to the size of paratha.
6.
Heat a pan and place the makki roti over the pan. Add some ghee on the sides and let it cook on medium flame.
7.
Flip over and cook the other side for another 2 minutes brushing it with little ghee. Cook till golden brown from both the sides. Similarly make the rest of the parathas.
