Ingredients For Makki-mooli ka paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash, peel and grate the raddish and keep aside for 2 minutes. Now squeeze out the water from the grated raddish in keep it in a bowl.
  • 2. Add into the maize flour, green chili, carom seed, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt and mix the Ingredients we'll.
  • 3. Now slowly add the water and make a tight dough. The maize will keep absorbing water into it.
  • 4. Divide the dough into equal parts. Now line a parchment paper on the kitchen slab. Grease with few drop of oil or ghee.
  • 5. Take 1 dough ball and gently press It over the parchment paper. Pat it with your fingers and flat it out to the size of paratha.
  • 6. Heat a pan and place the makki roti over the pan. Add some ghee on the sides and let it cook on medium flame.
  • 7. Flip over and cook the other side for another 2 minutes brushing it with little ghee. Cook till golden brown from both the sides. Similarly make the rest of the parathas.
  • 8. Serve with dollop of white butter.
