Ingredients For Malai kofta curry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl take grated paneer salt and cornflour.
  • 2. Mix well and make balls. Fry in hot oil. Keep aside.
  • 3. Now heat 1 cup water add onions green chilli and magaj.add cashewnuts and boil for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  • 4. After 10 minute strain it and make a fine paste.
  • 5. In a heavy bottom pan add oil add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1minute.add onions paste and cook until oil separates.
  • 6. add cream, salt, and sugar. Mix well add 1/2 cup of warm milk.
  • 7. At the time of serving take kofta in a plate and add gravy to it. Serve hot with chapattis or naan.
