Methods

How to make Mango cake recipe

1. Mix the dry ingredients, maida, baking powder and soda in a mixing bowl.
2. Now take another bowl, put condensed milk, mango essence, butter, mango puree n curd
3. Beat it n put the dry ingredients into the wet. Add milk to make batter.
4. Mix it and put in a greased mold and bake to 150 degree centigrade.
5. Now cool and unmold it. Now beat the whipping cream, add food color and 1 teaspoon of mango essence.
6. Cut the Mango cake into two halves, put the cream and cover it with cream.
7. Now sprinkle the sprinklers and decorate with fresh mango slices.
