Ingredients For Mango Chole Gravy Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First soak the channa for 6 hours .
  • 2. Now pressure cook it for 6 to 8 whistles without salt. After the pressure settles add salt to taste only for the channa and boil it for ten minutes.
  • 3. In a mixer jar add coconut green chilli, pinch of salt and cut ripe mangoes and grind well.
  • 4. Now take a pan heat oil add mustard seeds. jeera.saunf and let it splutter .
  • 5. Once done add mango purée mixture and give it a boil for 3 minutes.
  • 6. To this add the cooked channa and close and simmer for three minutes. Serve hot with roti.
