Take instant gits dahi vada mix and add little little water and make a thick dough and fry small balls in the medium hot oil. Then Immerse the fried vadas in water for five minutes and remove immediately and place on a platter.
On the other side in a bowl, add mango pulp and curd with sugar, mix well. Make a thick batter and put in the freeze.
In a serving bowl, place soaked vadas and pour sweet mango curd on it and sprinkle red chilli powder, salt and pepper powder and chaat masala as per your taste and serve with dry mango cubes for extra punch of mangos .
