Ingredients For Mango dhokla pizza recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, seive besan, add ginger chilly crushed, citric acid, turmeric and salt. Mix well
  • 2. Add oil, 3/4 th cup of pureed mango and sufficient water to make pouring batter.mix well till lump free.
  • 3. Meanwhile take steamer or bigg vessel with 2 1/2 cups of water, keep stand on it and let the water boil.
  • 4. Add baking soda in a batter and mix again. Pour batter in greased katoris, and keep on stand of steamer.
  • 5. Cover the lid and steam till15- 20 minutes. Or until done.
  • 6. When done take out on plate. Pour mango juice on each katori as we haven't made tadka instead we use mango juice.
  • 7. Now apply rest of 1/4cup pureed mango on top of dhokla like we apply pizza sauce. Then add chopped onion, capsicum and tomato.
  • 8. Add some chopped mango, sprinkle grated cheese, chilly flakes. Serve immediately.
