Ingredients For Mango Suji cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First grind the suji to fine powder.
  • 2. Add this in a bowl with wheat flour, jaggery powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
  • 3. Now add oil and milk and mix well.
  • 4. Grease a mould and add the batter , tap it twice to release air bubbles.
  • 5. Now bake it at 190 to 200 degrees in a pre heated oven for 30 mins.
  • 6. Cool completely and cut the cake.
