Methods

How to make Masala paratha

1. Take a bowl add flour,besan,cumin seeds,ajwain,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt . Mix it now and add water and knead a soft dough .keep on rest for 10 minutes
2. Keep tawa on medium flame take dough divide in equal portion and make balls of it
3. Spread some flour on board take ball , dust with flour and flatten it 6-7 cm
4. Place on tawa and cook it from both side by applying ghee till get golden
5. Serve hot with tea or achar or curd
