First grind ginger, coriander, and green chilli with a pinch of salt and keep aside.

Now take oil in a pan heat it add hing and turmeric powder then chopped onions and cook till soft. Once done add cooked toor dhal with salt and mix well.

Time to add the green chilli, ginger, coriander paste, cook till it becomes little thick. Keep aside.

Now take two cups of wheat flour and add the cooked paste to it with little water if necessary and make a soft dough. Rest for ten minutes and roll out the roti and cook on hot pan on both sides.
