Ingredients For Masala Vermicelli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a deep pan, add ghee and let it heat.
  • 2. Now add ajvain and asofoetida. Saute for a minute.
  • 3. Now add water, salt, chilli powder and turmeric. Let it boil.
  • 4. When it is boiled, add vermicelli, mix and cover with a lid.
  • 5. Now turn the flame at sim/ lowest.
  • 6. After 5 minutes swith off the flame and let it covered.
  • 7. After 10 minutes remove the lid and serve.
