Ingredients For Matar Gajar Ki Sabji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and cut the Gajar into pieces.
  • 2. Roughly chop onion , green chilli and tomato . Blend it .
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok add tej patta , loung and jeera . When it starts cracking add onion tomato paste . Add ginger garlic paste . Roast it on medium heat till oil releases.
  • 4. Now add all the spices and 1 tbsp water. Mix it together.
  • 5. Add matar and Gajar in it . Roast it for 4-5 minutes.
  • 6. Now add 1/2 cup warm water . Cover the lid .
  • 7. Cook it properly. If needed add more water .
  • 8. Lastly add coriander leaves, kasuri methi. Mix it . Turn off the flame .
  • 9. Add lemon juice.
