First take a bowl add besan and buttermilk in it and whisk properly now add pinch of turmeric powder, salt, heeng

Now heat a kadai addbpour this liquid in it and stirr Continuosly to avoid lumps and till it cook properly and leave the sides . It take almost 6,7min

On the other hand grease the back of thali with oil now spread the mix immediately by the help of spetula and keep it for 15 min

Now we prepare stuffing by adding 1tsp oil in a pan then add cumin seed and green chilly and then add veggies one by one and saute it then add salt , pepper , chili flakes and oregano and cook it couple of minute

Now fill this stuffing in khandavi and roll it and topped with tadka made with rai , curry leaves and coconut
