Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, seive besan, add curd, turmeric, ginger chilli paste, salt and mix till smooth.
  • 2. Add water and make lump free batter, heat non stick kadai add mixture, cook on low flame with continue stirring.
  • 3. When colour turns change and turns shiny and besan leaves it's sides, switch off the flame, in thali spread hot mixture evenly with spatula.
  • 4. Add grated cheese, when cold cut into strips, and roll, serve immediately.
