Methods
  • 1. Take a deep pan add besan and butter milk, mix it really well, no lumps should be created. Add a pinch of salt also.
  • 2. Now keep it on flame and stir for 5 minutes and switch of the flame.
  • 3. Now grease the back sides of 2 plates and apply the cooked mixture on them.
  • 4. Spread them really thin. Keep aside.
  • 5. Now take a pan, add a tea spoon of oil, now add mustard seeds, coconut, carrots ,salt and chilli powder mix well.
  • 6. Now spread it on the top of besan mixture. Now make cuts in the form of strips.
  • 7. Gently lift from one side and start rolling.
  • 8. Khandvi is ready to serve. Bon Apetite!
