Ingredients For RICE DHOKLA

Methods
  • 1. take a bowl and add rice flour suji oil baking powder dahi black mustard seeds sugar salt and eno salt
  • 2. Mix all ingredients together to make a batter and keep it for 15-20 mins for rest
  • 3. heat a steamer on medium heat and take some cupcake moulds or any mould for batter to pour in
  • 4. Put the moulds in the steamer and steam it for few minutes until the dhoklas as risen and cooked.
  • 5. Prepare a tadka by sauteing some green chillies, curry leaves and black mustard seeds in some ghee or oil
  • 6. Serve with coconut chutney or green chutney
