Ingredients For Methi thepla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and chop fenugreek then add3 bowl wheat flour and 1 bowl besan to it.
  • 2. Now add garlic paste; green chilli; red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and then add water gradually.
  • 3. Now make small balls out of that dough and flatten it into circular shape.
  • 4. Fry it on pan from both the sides nicely.
  • 5. Apply ghee on it for traditional flavour.
  • 6. Repeat same for rest of the dough.
  • 7. Serve hot with chopped onion or yoghurt.
