Dough should be soft and smooth. You can also make it with kasuri methi if you are not having fresh methi.

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl , add all the ingredients. Mix it well.
  • 2. Gradually add water and make a soft dough. Keep aside for rest cover it with cloth.
  • 3. Grease your hand , again knead the dough to make it smooth.
  • 4. Divide the dough into small equal parts. Roll thin rotis from each part.
  • 5. Heat the tawa. On low medium heat cook the Thepla from both the sides. Apply oil on both the sides. Press it with spatula.
  • 6. Make all the Theplas by the same method.
