Ingredients For Mini Makhan Misri Millet Kachori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients for the dough and mix well using hands. Now knead a soft dough adding little water at a time. Rest the dough for 15 mins.
  • 2. For makhan misri , add ice cubes to a bowl. Now add ghee to the bowl and use a whisker to quickly whisk it. Within a minute of whisking, you will notice that makhan will start forming. Keep whisking for a few minutes to prepare a smooth mixture.
  • 3. Once makhan is formed, take out the ice cubes from the bowl. Now add mishri to the bowl and again mix well.At last add chopped dry fruits and mix well. Freeze it for 15 mins.
  • 4. For saffron sugar syrup in a pan add sugar and water. Heat it let the sugar melt completely. Stir continuously. Bring to boil. Boil it for 5-7 mins until it gets think but don’t get the string consistency. Add saffron strands and cardamom powder mix well and it’s done.
  • 5. Now take out the stuffing from freezer. Roll the kachoris from the dough stuff spoonful Makhan misri and pack the kachoris from all sides well using water.
  • 6. Heat the ghee in a wok and fry all the kachoris on medium flame till golden brown. Now make the whole in center of each kachori and dip them into sugar syrup. Garnish with almond silvers.Our innovative healthy Rajgira kachori stuffed with Makhan misri is readY.
