The cone should be properly sealed an the stuffing should be a bit thick consistency so that u get a proper shape . U can make wth any stuffing an any other parathas can be used

Methods
  • 1. In a pan add butter fry wheat flour an keep stirring till it changes its colour
  • 2. Then add salt, pepper pd an keep stirring then add milk an keep stirring so tat no lumps r formed
  • 3. Then add grated cheese , an keep stirring till it leaves it's sides
  • 4. Then in another kadai add butter fry the vegetables add salt, pepper pd, an mix well till soft then add the mixed herbs& naagin sauce an mix well
  • 5. Then add the cooked vegetables to the white sauce an keep stirring till it become a thick consistency
  • 6. Then keep it too cool. Then take a plate , place the parathas ,add the naagin sauce all over an spread it everywhere &an then divide into half
  • 7. Then make a cone shape an seal the edges wth maida paste an refrigerator it for about half an hour
  • 8. Then once it's set then add the cooked vegetables in white sauce , an dip it in maida paste , an then bread crumbs & deep fry it
