Ingredients For Moroccon Chicken Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing jar take 7 to 8 kashmiri red chilli, turmeric powder, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, whole black pepper & a tspn of salt. Grind it & make a powder of it.
  • 2. Wash the chicken with enough water & marinate with half of the ground powder.
  • 3. Marinate the chicken for an hour. In a pressure cooker take tomatoes, 5 to 6 kashmiri red chilli, pinch of salt & boil it with 2 whistle. Then peel off the skin of the tomatoes , grind it & make a sauce of it.
  • 4. After that heat oil in a pan & fry the chicken for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 5. Then add finely chopped onion & garlic to the chicken.
  • 6. Add ground spice powder to it. Mix it well, add 2 cups of hot water, cover it & cook it till the chicken turns soft.
  • 7. Add tomato sauce in it & cook it few more minutes.
  • 8. When the gravy will start to leave the oil from sides, add chopped coriander leaves.
  • 9. Check salt & gravy & switch off the flame.
  • 10. Serve it with any flavoured rice or pulao.
