Ingredients For Multigrain Misse Parathe Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Mix it very well.
  • 2. Gradually add water and make soft dough. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  • 3. Divide it into equal parts. Roll each portion and make the parathas.
  • 4. Heat tawa . Place rolled paratha on hot tawa. Cook it on medium heat from both the sides till it becomes golden brown and crispy. Apply oil while cooking.
  • 5. Serve it hot with any raita, pickle and spring onion.
