Soak rajma overnight , next day pressure cook it for 8 whistles.

Then drain the water out of the rajma completely.

Then add , salt, Red chilli pd, rajma masala powder, chat masala powder an coriander leaves chopped and mix well.

Keep aside.

In another pan add butter, refined flour (maida) mix well keep stirring then add salt, pepper powder and mix well then add the milk and keep stirring so that no lumps are found.

Then add the grated cheese and mix well an keep aside.
7.
Deep fry the rotis and keep aside. Then spread the white sauce over it.
8.
Then add the rajma spread it all over. Then spread the white sauce all over.
9.
Then add the grated carrots, chopped onion, capsicum & tomato. Sprinkle chat masala powder all over it.
