Methods
  • 1. Pressure cook the chana, till it becomes soft
  • 2. Take a wok heat oil. Add cumin seeds. When it starts crackle, add green chili and tomato paste.
  • 3. Saute it. Until it releases oil. Add all the spices. Add 1 tbsp water.
  • 4. Now add cooked Chana in it . Mix it well. Simmer it for 4-5 minutes. Add chopped coriander.
