Ingredients For Nolen guder soojir laddu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. cut the dry fruits into small pieces. saute them in 2tbsp of Nova ghee and keep ready.
  • 2. In a same kadahi roast sooji and Nova ghee on medium flame.
  • 3. Once it changes color add the coconut.
  • 4. keep stirring and mixing on slow flame till moisture from coconut is absorbed and the mixture becomes aromatic.
  • 5. take care not to turn the sooji brown, so be patient and keep mixing.
  • 6. Switch off flame, add the fried dry fruits, mix well and let it cool a bit.
  • 7. In a heavy pan take the gur ,add a little water.
  • 8. once the gur has melted lower the flame and cook till it reaches one string consistency.
  • 9. check by pouring a drop on a plate, it shoud not flow. do not try to check it directly from the pan as melted gur is very very hot.
  • 10. Quickly pour the melted gur in the sooji and mix it well till everything is well mixed well.
  • 11. Grease a thali, grease palms and make laddus while still warm.
