Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan. Dry roast oats on medium flame until it turns light brown in color.
  • 2. Now add yogurt, green chutney & black salt.
  • 3. Add potatoes, green chilli, cucumber, chopped tomatoes, black pepper powder,salt & lemon juice. Mix well.
  • 4. Add yogurt once again along with tamarind & green chutney.
  • 5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
