1. Take a bowl with warm water and soak the oats for around 1 hour.

2. After an hour, drain the water and transfer the oats to a large bowl and add the gram flour, rice flour and water as required. Make sure no lumps are formed.

3. Now, add the chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, garlic and butter to it and prepare a thick batter.

4. Heat oil in a skillet over a medium flame and slowly drop small portions of the batter in it. Deep fry them until the pakoras become golden brown.
