Ingredients For Oats pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1. Take a bowl with warm water and soak the oats for around 1 hour.
  • 2. 2. After an hour, drain the water and transfer the oats to a large bowl and add the gram flour, rice flour and water as required. Make sure no lumps are formed.
  • 3. 3. Now, add the chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, garlic and butter to it and prepare a thick batter.
  • 4. 4. Heat oil in a skillet over a medium flame and slowly drop small portions of the batter in it. Deep fry them until the pakoras become golden brown.
  • 5. 5. Pakoras are ready
