Methods
  • 1. Oats, semolina, carrots, onions, green peas, mix all.
  • 2. Mix buttermilk, salt in it.
  • 3. Heat oil, add mustard and curry leaves, sweet soda. And mix in the oats mixture. And lastly add eno, and add little water and mix well.
  • 4. Heat water in a pan, and grease a plate with oil, and pour the solution. And keep steaming. Let it be for 10-15 minutes.
  • 5. Oats Sooji Khaman is ready.
