Methods
  • 1. Grind oats into powder.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl add oats and rawa. Add curd and make a smooth batter with water.
  • 3. Cover and rest it for 15 minutes. Meanwhile mix all the veggies in a bowl. Add some salt.
  • 4. The batter will thicken . Add some water to make medium consistency batter.
  • 5. Add some salt. Mix well.
  • 6. Heat a non stick pan. Spread some oil.
  • 7. Take a ladle full of the batter and spread on the hot pan. Keep the flame low.
  • 8. Spread some veggies over the batter and spread some oil on it and also on the sides of the batter.
  • 9. Cook till slight brown and flip. Cook on the veggies side too.
  • 10. Remove from the pan. Serve hot with green chutney.
