Ingredients For Oats Veggies Cutlets Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl combine together oats, potato, green chili, grated carrot, chopped capsicum and coriander, salt, chili powder, and garam masala powder to form a dough.
  • 2. Divide the mixture into equal parts, make balls from it, and then lightly flatten the balls with your palm to form patties.
  • 3. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan and shallow fry the oats cutlet on low heat. Keep flipping it over and cook both sides until golden brown. It will take time for the cutlets to brown. Enjoy it hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney along with your evening cup of tea or coffee.
