Ingredients For One pot vegetable soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom, pour oil, then add in all the veggies, except mushroom, and saute it.
  • 2. Then sprinkle salt and pepper powder and mix well.
  • 3. Add in the diced mushroom and saute it for few minutes.
  • 4. Pour in the water, followed by lemon juice. give it a good boil.
  • 5. At last sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves, and serve it steaming hot.
