First, lightly fry chopped onion in oil, add chopped garlic, chopped spring onion and stir with salt and sugar to taste.

Now shake with green chilli , cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and finally sprinkle pepper powder and let it cool.

Now add salt to the flour and add water as required and keep it for 15 minutes.Now cut small lychees.Now roll it with the help of flour and make it in the shape of momos with onion filling on top.

Now put hot water in the steamer and put a white cloth on top and arrange the momos when the steam rises.
5.
When the momos are cooked, take them out.
6.
Now in a pan with butter, garlic, white sesame, coriander leaves and boiled momos should be stirred and sprinkled with pepper powder.
