Ingredients For Paneer Chilla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add gram flour, semolina, rice flour, salt, turmeric and chilli and make a thick cheela-like batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Mash the paneer well. Add onion, salt, coriander leaves, black pepper powder and chaat masala to it.
  • 3. Check the batter. If it gets thick, add some water.
  • 4. Heat a non stick tava (griddle), grease it, keep the flame very low. Fill the batter in a big spoon , spread it in circular motions on the tawa.
  • 5. Turn the flame to medium and cook the cheela till it turns golden brown on both the sides. Put the paneer stuffing in the middle and fold it.
  • 6. Serve it hot with sauce.
