Ingredients For Paneer Do Pyaja Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add oil in a pan. Also add cumin/jeera and bay leaf..
  • 2. Add cardemom and cinnamon stick, black pepper, clove, and saute it.
  • 3. Add 2 sliced onion into it and cook till onion is translucent.
  • 4. Once onions are cooked, Add ginger garlic paste.
  • 5. Add turmeric powder and combine well.
  • 6. Add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste and mix well.
  • 7. Once tomatoes are cooked well and oil seperates, add whisked curd into it.
  • 8. Add into it dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli powder, dry red chillies and mix everything well.
  • 9. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 10. Cut paneer into cubes. Also cut the onions into chunks.
  • 11. Parellely, in another grill pan add oil. Once it is hot add paneer cubes into it and shellow fry from both the sides. Also fry onions into oil.
  • 12. Add these paneer cubes and onions into simmering gravy. Cook dor 2-3 minutes.
  • 13. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • 14. Serve along with roti or pratha.
