Ingredients For Paneer Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of stuffing. Mix it well.
  • 2. Divide the dough into equal parts. Take a portion of dough. Round it. Flat it and take it in hands. Stuff 2-3 tbsp stuffing in it .
  • 3. Cover the stuffing with dough. Gently press it. Roll it to make little thick paratha.
  • 4. On hot tawa cook it from both the sides. On medium heat. Apply oil on both the sides.
