Methods
  • 1. First, mix the flour and semolina with water little by little.
  • 2. Keep the mixture covered for twenty minutes.
  • 3. In mashed potatoes, salt, tamarind pulp, gram, peas and all other ingredients are to be mixed.
  • 4. Take some water in a vessel, add salt, coriander leaves, roasted spices,
  • 5. Chili powder, tamarind pulp and rest of the ingredients have to be mixed.
  • 6. Now take some dough and make it thin. And take out round puri from cookie cutter.
  • 7. Now heat the oil and fry the poori on low flame.
  • 8. Then fill the potato mixture inside the poori and serve it with tamarind water.
