Methods
  • 1. Soak chana daal into sufficient water for 3-4 hours.
  • 2. Drain it completely and transfer it to mixer jar.
  • 3. Add green chilli, cumin seeds and coarsely grind it.
  • 4. Add sliced onion, salt and mix it.
  • 5. Bind it to a vada and deep fry it in hot oil till golden and crisp.
