Ingredients For Parwal ki mithai recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash parwal, peel , slit and deseed with knife. Boil sufficient water in a pan and add parwal and food color.Cook for 4-5 minutes and remove from heat. Cover and keep aside.
  • 2. In an another pan add 1 1/2 cup water and suger and boil. Cook until 1 string consistency.
  • 3. Remove parwal from hot water and Add it in suger syrup And Cook for 2 minutes. Off the flame and cover the lid.
  • 4. For stuffing::-Add khoya in a bowl. add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, milk powder and chopped nuts. Mix well.
  • 5. Remove parwal from suger syrup and cool down slightly. Stuff parwal with khoya mixture. Stuff all parwal like this. Decorate with chopped nuts and silver varak.
  • 6. Enjoy parwal ki mithai. You can keep it in fridge also.
