Ingredients For Pasta Dal Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the dal properly . Boil it with salt, turmeric powder and 1.5 cup water. Give it 2-3 Add whistle.
  • 2. Meanwhile take a bowl add boiled pasta, oregano, red chilli flakes and little salt . Mix it well. Keep aside.
  • 3. In a tadka heat add oil and butter. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing. When it starts crackle add green chilli and garlic. Saute it in low heat. When garlic becomes brown add tomato puree. Cook it for 3-4 minutes, Add red chilli powder mix it well. Turn off the flame.
  • 4. Add this tadka in boiled dal. Add water to adjust consistency. Give it a boil.
  • 5. In a serving bowl pour dal soup. Before serving add marinated pasta. Sprinkle red ch
