Ingredients For Patisapta Pitha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix sooji and sugar and soak it in water for 30min. By this time prepare the stuffing.
  • 2. In a pan, add coconut and jaggery and cook for 5-7min. Once it is well bounded, keep it aside.
  • 3. Now with the sooji-sugar mixture, add maida, milk and make a batter.
  • 4. Mix it properly such that no lump is there. Make a medium thick batter.
  • 5. In a pan, brush oil. Now pour 1 big spoonful batter and spread it in oval shape.
  • 6. Put some coconut stuffing and roll it. Keep it aside.
  • 7. Follow the same for rest of the batter and stuffing. Patisapta is ready.
