Ingredients For Patta Gobhi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and finely chop all the vegetables.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok . Add cumin and mustard seeds. When it starts cracking add onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic . Saute it for 4-5 minutes.
  • 3. Now add tomato and all the spices. Cook it on all low heat .
  • 4. Add chopped patta gobhi . Mix it. Cover it with lid. Cook on low heat . Till it becomes soft .
