Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl take all ingredients, mix nicely and by gradually adding water knead a semi-stiff dough.
  • 2. Divide dough in equal parts of balls and roll chapatis from all the balls and cut into strips.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the strips on low to medium flame until it becomes golden and crispy.
