Methods
  • 1. Mix citric acid in peanuts, then add salt, gram flour and all the spices, add a little water, do not loose the mixture, gram flour should be mixed well in peanuts.
  • 2. Now heat oil in a frying pan and fry it on medium heat
  • 3. Serve after cooling by sprinkling black salt and chaat masala.
