Ingredients For Pizza Chilla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl take sooji and rice flour along with a pinch of salt. Add water to it until thick flowing consistency. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  • 2. After 15 mins add chopped carrot
  • 3. onion and capsicum to it. Add 1 tbsp of pizza seasoning
  • 4. Mix well. Add chopped green chillies. Red chilli powder is optional
  • 5. Heat a a pan grease with oil. Pour the batter and do not spread it too much.
  • 6. Let it cook. Flip it and cook for 2-3 mins
  • 7. Optional:Now add cheese on any side and heat for 1 more minute.
  • 8. Serve with your favorite sauce or chutney.
